- Face to face interview with a specialist Nurse Recruiter
- Full analysis of work and medical history
- CRB Check
- Verification of individual's eligibility to work in the UK
- NMC PIN check
- Regular work assessments
- Six monthly appraisal and supervised monitoring
- Minimum of two written references
- Competency analysis
- Mandatory training in line with CSCI regulations.
